This page describes the data flows in the Teknosys educational website and its interactive tools. For questions about your data, contact admin@teknosys.in.

Reading articles

The public learning articles can be read without creating an account or enabling JavaScript. Requests to our hosting infrastructure include ordinary connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser headers.

Accounts and essential storage

Registration asks for your name, username, email address, and password. Signing in sends your credentials to our backend. The application uses browser storage for sign-in state and a server-session cookie for authenticated features, including administrator verification. Never share your password or administrator secret.

Chat, attachments, and dictation

Chat messages and attached text or images are sent to our backend for model processing. Do not submit passwords, private keys, financial information, confidential documents, or personal data you do not have permission to share. Browser dictation may send audio to the browser vendor's speech service; review that vendor's privacy settings before using the microphone.

External services

The interactive application loads some fonts and interface resources from third-party providers. Visiting external reference links or using embedded applications can involve those providers' own data practices. The standalone learning pages use locally served styles and the Google consent integration on the live domain.

Analytics and advertising

Automatic Google Analytics event transmission is disabled in this version of the application. Google AdSense is restricted to educational articles explicitly marked as reviewed for advertising; account, chat, admin, policy, and article-index pages do not enable the AdSense tag. No existing article has been marked as advertising-reviewed in this release. On the live Teknosys domain, Google Privacy & messaging loads the published consent message and manages consent records. Advertising partners may use cookies, device information, or identifiers according to the purposes and choices shown in the Google message.

Privacy requests

Email admin@teknosys.in to ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or the service providers handling your information. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or request, but do not send passwords or other secrets. Applicable rights and verification requirements depend on your location and the request.
